Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are to damage and break it, we cannot offer you a refund. It must also be in the original packaging. Expedited shipping costs & warranties are nonrefundable. You will need to pay for the return shipping which is a part of our cost.
Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all 'drops' sales are final. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact email@example.com.
In the event that the product arrives damaged, we will replace it instantly free of charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of damage. You will not be charged for anything whatsoever.
For credit/debit card, refunds take about 3-5 business days to return to your account. PayPal refunds can also 3-5 business days to clear, with some occasional longer wait times if a refund is issued as a PayPal eCheck.
